Need more than just email design? With Email Management, we become the communication point for your organization’s email marketing and outreach. You choose how many hours you want each month we handle the rest.

This service includes:

• Acting as your main email contact for newsletter updates, campaign rollouts, or general inquiries
• Writing, editing, and scheduling email content (newsletters, updates, calls to action, announcements)
• Following up with your audience, partners, vendors, or collaborators via email
• Coordinating with your team to gather necessary content, assets, or approvals
• Managing email platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, or Flodesk
• Reviewing email analytics (open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes) and making recommendations
• Scheduling automated sequences or drip campaigns (optional)
• Making sure email communication is timely, accurate, and aligned with your brand voice
  

How it works:

• You set the number of hours per month (we’ll make a recommendation if needed).
• Any hours beyond your set limit will be billed at $50/hour, with prior approval.
• You’ll receive a monthly report on hours used and communications sent.
   

Note: This is different from creating 1-off email newsletters included in your package. Email Management is for businesses who want us to run their email marketing as an ongoing service.
